I know. You thought I forgot about the Raider Tailgate Cyber-Party we started last week. I said we would do it before each and every game.

I invented the Raider Smoked Nachos. It tastes good to me and my family. Basically, I used a standard nachos recipe using the following. As usual, you are invited to add to our menu so that our repertoire grows and grows.
Cooked ground beef in pan on outdoor pit.
cut green, red, and yellow peppers
seasoned to taste
arranged in a pan with lime flavored nacho chips.
layered with meat, peppers, three cheeses of your choice
Closed the pit and let it smoke until the chips are light brown.
picante sauce and guacamole as you desire.
On the side, we grilled some vegetable because Leroy Watson let us know that we have to have more than meat at our parties. Then I had fun locating a border that sort of looks like Raider Nation.
We are ready to party.
